Where we ship
We ship Australia‑wide via Australia Post. If you’d like to enquire about international delivery, please email us before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.
Postage costs
Postage is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address, using live Australia Post rates. You’ll see the exact cost before you pay.
In‑store pickup
You’re welcome to collect your order from our shop. Choose local pickup at checkout (where available) and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
Processing & dispatch
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Because many of our books are single secondhand or antiquarian copies, we take extra care wrapping them so they arrive in the condition described.
Tracking & delivery times
All parcels are sent with tracking, and we’ll email you the tracking number when your order ships. Delivery times depend on Australia Post and your location — typically a few business days within Queensland and up to around a week to other states. Remote areas may take longer.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive, please contact us at hello@spencerandmurphybooksellers.com.au within 7 days (with a photo if it’s damaged) and we’ll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for more.
