Description

Since its establishment in 1859 the Singapore Botanic Gardens have grown to be a centre of excellence for orchid hybridisation and conversation. Today the Gardens have more than 600 orchid species and 1,500 orchid hybrids in its collection and this book covers the history of the gardens and many of the orchids.
