Royal Wedding

Description

Small gap at top between inside cover and pages. Numerous black and white photos throughout. The wedding of Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip on November 20th, 1947 and interestingly the point is made that the author is the only female correspondent accredited to Buckingham Palace.

Note: Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Very faint foxing on endpapers, text not foxed. Dust jacket is in good condition but has some fraying and chips on bottom edge and some small tears and chips on top edge. Dust Jacket un-clipped. Edges very slightly spotted or marked. Boards have some slight shelf wear.
