The purpose of this book is to describe the start of the tea industry in Australia and deals with the forming of Tea Estates in 1969, to Dr Alan Maruff growing tea bushes at his Rankine St, Innisfail surgery in 1959 and further back to the pioneers at Bingil Bay in the late 1800s.
