Description

The book is based on the story of an airman who volunteered in the RAAF during World War II. He was mustered in Air Crew as an Observer, and trained in Australia. He was sent to Singapore and was posted to in Malaya with 27 Squadron. War broke out six weeks later. Later he served with No.11 Squadron with Catalinas. The name of the story is based on lucky escapes from two aircraft crashes and one near crash.
